Each year, the Horizon Board adopts several Dream families for the holidays. Our Annual Angel Tree party is an evening where we all come together and select our gifts off the tree to purchase for the families. The Angel Tree party is open to all Horizon Board members and we encourage you to bring guests as well to participate in this amazing time of supporting our families through the holidays.
